Crested Butte is the outdoor enthusiasts paradise!

Though well known for its EXTREME SKIING, Crested Butte has a multitude of activities, year ’round.

We have Alpine skiing, Cross country& Back country skiing, Mountaineering, Snowboarding, Hockey and Ice Skating, Sledding and Snowmobiling, during our long snowy winter.

Spring, summer and fall activities include; hiking, mountain biking, townie biking, dirt biking. We have a skateboard park and a BMX track!

In the summer, there is a softball game going on most every night and Ultimate Frisbee in the park. Folks can indulge in their favorite hobbies of photography, mushroom hunting, rock hounding, birding and not be disappointed.

We have many high mountain roads for 4 wheeling and horse back riding along mountain trails. Fly fishing and hunting in the Crested Butte area is hard to beat.

Crested Butte has a delightful array of shops for the shopping enthusiast and Festivals galore throughout the year.

Crested Butte has a wonderful assortment of restaurants to suit any pallette! Enjoy the theater? One can often relax and take in a play right across the street!
